Sayde will guide you in a simple practice of mindfulness for stress resilience, relaxation, and renewal.
You will learn breath work, guided visualization, mindful listening and more. Tools will be given so that you may deepen a home meditation practice. A side benefit of this practice includes boosting your ability to focus, and in turn, becoming more productive in your life.
All ages and physical abilities will be accommodated (including pregnancy and post-surgery). Chairs and all yoga props will be available.
